Proficient in 10-Key by touch; high accuracy with data entry. Able to respond in a professional manner to provider and patient inquiries. A/R Recovery Specialist: Two+ years work with A/R. Knowledge of insurance reimbursement requirements and practices. Demonstrated professional phone manner with insurance companies and patients. Certified Professional Coder:  Two+ years coding experience in a variety of medical specialties. Certification in diagnosis and procedural coding.  Continued training to maintain certification.
